Our Sheltering Oak Fund has been created as a way to honor employees who do a tremendous amount of work and have such dedication. This Fund will be available to help employees when they need it the most. We all need a little help once in a while! This fund is established to help pay an unexpected bill, help with a modest down payment on a car so someone can get to work, help when an employee suffers a major illness or has to be off for a period of time and they have no benefit pay left, etc. Most of us work and can pay our bills but things happen in life where we lose a household income, an unexpected illness, a bill we did not plan on, etc. These funds may also be accessed when an employee member experiences a catastrophic loss or unfortunate accident. We thank you for your support during our good times and bad.
