As Erie's Choice Retirement Community Brevillier Village is recognized for many positive qualities. We believe this is a direct result of our caring and compassionate staff. Many of our staff have been with us for several years and even decades! Each milestone anniversary is celebrated to recognize those who go above and beyond. Please celebrate with us our staff who have hit their longevity milestones with us during 2025. Thank you to all of our staff for their time, dedication, and love they share with our residents.
40 Years!
Diana Carson, CNA of our nursing & restorative team celebrated her 40th Work Anniversary on August 28, 2025. Pastor Mary Lord and Diana pose for a quick photo. 25 Years
Gabriel Charles, Director of Maintenance celebrated his 25 year work anniversary on January 24, 2025. He can be seen in all areas of our campus assisting with maintenance calls, helping residents, and his co-workers. Our residents and staff appreciate his understanding of the Brevillier Village Mission. He is married and has two sons. We appreciate his dedication! Congratulations, Gabriel!
20 Years
Bobbi Jo Gariepy (right) of our maintenance crew celebrated her 20 year work anniversary on August 8, 2025. Bobbi Jo does a superb job painting and assisting with maintenance requests. Her ability to paint in a straight line is remarkable. Her favorite holiday is Halloween and she always has the best costumes. We appreciate her decorations and the time she takes with our residents. 15 Years
Kaya Turk of social services celebrated her 15 year work anniversary on January 27, 2025. Before her transition into social services this spring, Kayla spent her time working in recreation. Kayla has over a decade of experience learning about residents needs, how to effectively communicate with them (and their loved ones), and newly developed role. Outside of work Kayla enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends.
15 Years
Bobbi Barnes of nursing was greeted by her co-workers to celebrate her 15 year work anniversary on April 19, 2025. As a nurse, Bobbi sees to it that our residents are cared for in body, mind, and spirit. She shares her gifts of compassion and healthcare knowledge in a way that supports the Brevillier Village Mission. When not at work, Bobbi is most likely to be found spending time with her family and the little ones who call her, "Memaw."
15 Years
Corrine Geiger of environmental services celebrated her 15 year work anniversary on April 27, 2025. Corrine shares her sunny disposition and caring heart with all of our residents. She enjoys spending time making memories with her young son. Way to go Corrine!
10 Years
Didi Howard, ADON and Infection Control Nurse of our nursing department celebrated her 10 year work anniversary on February 19, 2025. Didi is a true advocate for our residents and leader with our staff. Didi is a part Team RAD, the recruitment and retention committee, and helps out where ever she is needed. The residents love her playful and colorful costumes on holiday and staff dress up days. Didi loves spending time camping with her family. Thank you, Didi!
10 Years
Cindy Steinhoff, our Village Stylist celebrated her 10 year work anniversary on February 27, 2025. Having Cindy with us is a true blessing. Her talents has a salon stylist make her extremely valuable with our residents, as she provides services that help maintain resident vitality. During COVID Cindy was kind enough to offer haircuts to staff. Cindy enjoys spending time with her family and has a small business making homemade soaps. Thank you, Cindy for all you do for us at Brevillier Village!
