Mission

Through uncompromising attention to body, mind, and spirit, Brevillier Village meets housing and health care needs in a home-like atmosphere.

Philosophy

Continuing the outreach of the Episcopal church, we believe in the provision of quality nonprofit care for the elderly and  adult population by a caring staff and dedicated volunteers.

 Welcome

Brevillier Housing and Health Care encompasses  17 acres of lakefront property on East Lake Road in Harborcreek Township.  Only 15 minutes from downtown Erie, Brevillier Village is a multi-level complex that houses over 300 residents.

Conrad House is an apartment high-rise funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Built in 1972, Conrad House residents pay rent according to their income.  Barnabas Court North and South are licensed personal care facilities for those residents that need assistance with medications, personal care, and 24 hour supervision and assistance.  Ball Pavilion is an 85 bed licensed skilled nursing facility that provides long term nursing care and short term rehabilitation.

Brevillier Village Grounds have been smoke free since January 2009.  Residents of Conrad House may smoke in their apartments due to HUD regulations.
