| Brevillier Village prides itself on its mission and the care we provide. The longevity of our key staff speaks volumes for the stability of our operation. The consistent results in our regulatory surveys provide an unbiased opinion of our performance. The following testimonials also are an indication of the care we provide: | ||
| "The night my father passed away I arrived to find an Aide sitting by his bed holding his hand. What a comfort it was to see first hand the love and concern being shown to Dad. We are true believers in Angels and we encountered many Angels during that time. What a relief to know they were there to watch over him. Your facility is blessed to be filled with caring "Angels". My heart felt thanks for each and every one of them that had a part in Dad’s care".- Bill Duffin | ||
|
"The last day of Dad’s life, he wanted to walk through the halls at Ball, so I pushed him in his wheelchair. All the nurses and aides who saw him were so encouraging to him. It broke my heart, but touched his. I can think of no other place I would have wanted my Dad. He was loved and fussed over. Everyone should be blessed this way. The staff is truly top notch".- Mary Loomis, Daughter of Robert Hugg |
||
| "During my mother, Dorothy Panameroff’s, stay at Brevillier we observed that the facility was well managed and maintained, the staff very knowledgeable and caring, and the cost was quite reasonable in return for the value we received. Residential health treatment facilities do not always receive favorable publicity, but we were completely satisfied with the care given to our mother. The care our mother received surpassed all our expectations. Your staff is to be commended".- Karole McKalip | ||
| "Words cannot express to all of you our thanks for your tender loving care of Elsie. We are truly grateful for your many acts of kindness to us through the years and especially on those last most difficult days. You are all truly "Angels". May God bless each and every one of you as you each care for all the residents. We feel like you are family". - Diane and Chuck Boddorf | ||
| "Thank you for the wonderful care you all gave my dad and my mom during his too short stay with you. My mother felt very confident that he was receiving loving care and she enjoyed coming to visit in the positive atmosphere. I would especially like to thank those who cared for him in his last days and hours. I know the comfort you provided helped him through his transition. You provide a wonderful service to a group of people in difficult circumstances. Your love and care makes every difference. Thank you and God bless you."- Carol Maynard Barber | ||
| "The care and kindness extended to Aunt Emma during her stay at Ball Pavilion these past three years was deeply appreciated by my family and me. Everyone at Ball made her feel as close to being at "home" as possible. She often told me of the good care she received. Thank you also for the kindness extended to me last week".-Dick Fitzsimmons | ||
| "A big thanks for providing us the large room for mom's 102nd birthday. The party mushroomed to 24 people, and I hope we weren't too loud. All the staff are so helpful all the time to the resident's family, it makes everyone feel at home. The sign on East Lake Road made a big impression on everyone. Many thanks again."-Dorothy and Don Faulhaber | ||
| "My family and I wish to express our thanks to all of you who cared for my mother, these past few years. Your loving care and patience was wonderful. Every time I visited her I was overwhelmed with your outward expression of hugs and kisses for her."-Joyce Gronborg | ||
