Conrad House welcomes Dr. Danielle Hansen, D.O., MS (Med Ed), Internal Medicine, and her staff!  Dr. Hansen is accepting new patients at Conrad House.  Residents of Conrad House that would like to have Dr. Hansen as their primary care physician, can contact Lacy Thompson, Service Coordinator or Lisa Anderson, Conrad House Manager at 814-899-8600.  Residents see Dr. Hansen for their initial appointment at Medical Associates of Erie at 5401 Peach Street.  They will arrange transportation to their office for that first visit.  After that, Dr. Hansen will see her patients in the Conrad House office suite in the main lobby.  What a wonderful convenience for our residents!
