| Conrad House Wellness Suite |
Conrad House has many services being offered in our Wellness Suite. We have collaborated with many agencies in the community to meet the needs of our residents here in their own environment.
| Interim HealthCare |
| A Registered Nurse from Interim Healthcare is in our Wellness Suite three days per week to take blood pressures, answer questions, make phone calls to physicians, etc. In addition to these services if residents have a skilled nursing or rehabilitation need, home health care can be provided right in the resident's home by the professional staff of Interim Healthcare and Brevillier Village. A physician's written order is all that is needed. Home healthcare and rehabiliation may be indicated after a hospital or nursing home stay, a new diagnosis, a fall or just a new medication that needs to be monitored. |
| Brevillier Village Therapy Department |
| Brevillier Village Therapists are here to meet with residents to field questions and evaluate. Disciplines include physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our therapists are able to provide in-home therapies to residents and bill the resident's insurance. Therapist assess strength and balance, the need for adaptive equipment (canes, walkers, shower benches), safety in the home and fall risk. |

Dr. Danielle Hansen, D.O., MS (MedEd), Internal Medicine comes to see patients at Conrad House twice a month in the office suite. Dr. Hansen's office is at the LECOM Wellness Center on 54th and Peach Streets. Dr. Hansen specializes in geriatric medicine. Residents of Conrad House who would like to have Dr. Hansen as their primary care physician, can contact Lacy Thompson, Service Coordinator or Lisa Anderson, Conrad House Manager. |

Dr. Tammy Kordes, Neuropsychologist is available twice a month to assess residents with memory and cognitive issues. Individual therapy sessions that are billed through insurance can assist residents dealing with grief, loss, depression and anxiety. Dr. Kordes works closely with the resident's physician to create a plan of treatment that includes individual therapy and medication. |

Dr. Daniel Olson is here monthly to see his patients here in the Village. The office directly bills insurance for any visits. Residents can make an appointment with any of the staff in the Conrad House office. |
