Residency Program
 
Barnabas Court South is offering the Residency Program.  For one fee of $1,600.00/month (couples $2,000.00/month) residents enjoy three meals every day, housekeeping and laundry and 24 hour emergency assistance.  If someone is in need of personal care services the cost is as follows:
 
Personal Grooming                         $400/month
Incontinency Care                          $400/month
Mobility Assistance                        $400/month
Medication Monitoring                   $800/month
Stripping & Remaking Bed             $  40/month
 
If someone qualifies for more than two of the above services, you may qualify for the personal care rate.  For more information on the Residency Program, call 814-899-8600 and ask for the Director of Admissions.

 

Monthly Rent Single - $1,600.00 Couple - $2,000.00

 

Monthly Rent Includes: Other Charges:
  • 21 Meals a Week
  • Weekly Housekeeping Services of the Unit
  • Spiritual, Social, and Recreational Programs conducted at Brevillier Village
  • Custodial Care of Public Areas
  • Utility Services of the Resident's Room, except Telephone and Cable TV
  • Personal Laundry and Linen Service
  • Emergency Assistance
  • Resident Parking
  • Cable TV and Telephone
  • Additional Housekeeping - $10/hour
  • Guest Meals - $6.50/each
  • Beauty Shop/Barber Charges
  • Transportation
  • Personal Medications
  • Physician's Fees
  • Rehab Services
  • Refundable Security Deposit

 

This Residency Program excludes personal care services.  
The following personal care services can be purchased for the indicated monthly dollar amount:
